We are always seeking qualified, licensed individuals with experience in all phases of plumbing. In addition, we are seeking Estimators and AC Technicians.
Plumbers perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance and replacement of plumbing pipes, fittings and fixtures in a variety of homes and professional facilities and infrastructures according to plumbing code, and maintain a preventive maintenance program on all systems and equipment. Typical work schedule is M-F 7 am to 3:30 pm with occasional call-in’s for emergencies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3 to 5 years’ plumbing experience; journeyman plumbing license required; master plumbing license preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of and experience dealing with OSHA regulations and city codes requirements. Must have effective organizational and time management skills, the ability to plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule and work effectively despite interruptions. Basic computer skills and valid VT driver’s license required.
Working conditions and physical requirements include:
Working in close or small, confined areas, duties that require bending, kneeling, walking up and down stairs, lifting supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and potential for exposure to adverse weather and temperature extremes. Post-offer, pre-employment drug screening, Act 34 criminal background clearance and motor vehicle record check will be conducted.
A valid driver license with a good driving record is a requirement for all positions. Candidates must have good customer service skills, be clean & presentable with a good work record.
